Open a developer command line on windows, or a terminal on Linux or OSX.

Install the DartLicense tool by entering the command below:
dotnet tool install -g dotnet-dartlicense

Run the DartLicense tool in the command line or terminal: dartlicense

Select option 1 and enter the required information to activate your Product Key to obtain a Runtime Key.
